Gale Sturm is a local artist with many talents in a variety of media, from beautiful stained glass pieces, to wood working creations, to oil paintings. This opening promises to showcase his many talents. Gale retired from his career as Stagecraft Teacher and Technical Director for Theater at Lawrence Central High School to follow his heart as an artist. His landscape paintings bring to life mountains, covered bridges and lighthouses.

The public is welcome to meet Sturm at this reception. Admission is free.

The Twenty North Gallery will again be filled with beautiful Christmas trees during the December show. AllĀ  local non-profit organizations and businesses are invited to decorate and display a tree that represents their identity or mission. Entry is free. to participate email hancockcountyarts@gmail.com.

The public may stop by to enjoy a treat, check out the trees, and vote for their favorite on Facebook. Winners will be announced December 17. This is a special time in the gallery to end our 2021 art year.
